Anonymous Officer Feedback

The anonymous feedback form is now back online for the Alpha Xi site. New for this incarnation, members can now send to any officer, the risk management chair, or the entire exec board -- completely anonymously. You do need to be logged in to send a message to prevent non-members from posting feedback, but your user name is not stored in conjunction with the message in any way.

To send feedback, after logging in go to the Chapter tab and select "Send Feedback". If you have problems or questions, talk to the Webmaster.
